Excite Enterprise, a digital firm and enterprise solution provider, has launched a platform to assist the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country.
The firm offers innovative services for the development and advancement of markets for MSMEs. This allows entrepreneurs to reach customers, boost brand names, sales, competitiveness, and to render better services. The businesses will have access to funds and a wider market scale.
Bolaji Okusaga, the Chief Executive, disclosed that the platform was designed to help solve the myriad of challenges faced by SMEs in the country. This is mainly in the area of funding and other logistics. The platform has partnered with organizations across countries.
‘Excite platform has the sole aim of using technology to make life easy for SMEs,’ Mr. Andrew Otiko, the Chief Executive of Mobinet, Hong Kong disclosed.
‘It will also facilitate funding from some of our partners that are involved in providing grants, and also facilitate other services that will mitigate challenges faced by MSMEs’, he added.
Participants are allowed to choose a language of communication on the platform. This will provide access for people in rural areas. Furthermore, the platform will help business owners meet agencies that could provide funds, do bookkeeping, build websites, and engage influencers in marketing products.
Mr. Chinonso Ukwandu, the Chief Technology Officer, revealed that there are recruitment and training tools on the platform. This will facilitate training for small business owners and prospective employers. It will also provide a platform where both parties could meet the right candidate. The first edition of the training has taken place and preparations are being made for the future.
