NNPCL Cautions Job Seekers Against Fake Recruitment Adverts

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has issued a warning to the public to be vigilant of fraudulent recruitment advertisements circulating online. In a statement released on its official X handle on Friday, the company emphasized that it is not currently conducting any hiring process.

NNPCL urged job seekers to exercise caution and not fall victim to fake recruitment schemes. The company reassured the public that all legitimate job openings will only be announced through its official channels, including its website and verified social media platforms.The NNPCL was emphatic that it is not recruiting at the moment and that Official recruitment announcements will only be made through NNPCL’s website and verified social media platforms. It stated that the company’s recruitment process is transparent, merit-based, and requires no external assistance.

The company advised the public to verify information directly from its official platforms to avoid being misled by scammers. Additionally, NNPCL urged individuals to report any suspicious recruitment advertisements falsely linked to the company to the appropriate authorities.

By being cautious and vigilant, job seekers can avoid falling prey to fraudulent schemes and ensure that they are applying for legitimate job opportunities.
