Europe’s premier club competition is set for a thrilling new season as the UEFA Champions League unveils its 2025/26 fixtures. For the first time, 36 clubs will compete in a single-league format, replacing the traditional group stage and promising more high-stakes encounters from the very start.
The draw, conducted in Monaco on Thursday, has paired clubs across four seeding pots, ensuring top teams face a mix of elite opponents while avoiding clashes with multiple clubs from the same country. Fans across the continent are already anticipating some blockbuster matchups as the season kicks off in September.
The 36 participating clubs will play eight matches each — four at home and four away. The top eight teams in the league table will qualify directly for the round of 16, while teams ranked 9th to 24th contest a two-legged playoff for the remaining spots. Clubs finishing 25th to 36th will be eliminated from Europe entirely.

Below is the full fixture guide for all clubs, showing home and away matches as drawn.
