Leading the Yobe delegation, Governor Mai Mala Buni is scheduled to arrive in Morocco on Thursday to formalize agreements that will pave the way for these developments. Accompanying the governor are key officials, including Prof. Bello Kawuwa, Commissioner for Higher Education; Alhaji Ibrahim Jajere, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs; and Alhaji Bukar Adamu, Chairman of Damaturu Local Government Council.
