The two stars were among the high-profile guests at the SKIMS event held on Regent Street on Friday, September 18, during London Fashion Week. Tems joins star-studded SKIMS celebration
Tems was part of a diverse guest list that included British rapper Central Cee, singer Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Rose Gray, actress Ellie Bamber, model Alton Mason and fashion designers Kim Jones and Ludovic de Saint Sernin. Guests gathered at the new SKIMS store at 245–247 Regent Street, where they had access to the brand’s collections and a branded photobooth.
The celebration also featured music from model and DJ Kim Turnbull, cocktails and food, before guests later moved on to an intimate dinner. For Tems, the appearance adds another notable international fashion moment to a year in which the singer has continued to attract attention beyond music.
A major expansion for SKIMS
The London location is SKIMS’ first international standalone flagship store and represents the brand’s move into permanent physical retail outside the United States. The store occupies a 12,000-square-foot space on Regent Street and was designed by architect Rafael de Cárdenas. It also features a large sculpture by artist Vanessa Beecroft.
Kardashian attended the celebration alongside Grede as the brand marked its European expansion. The entrepreneur also used the occasion to showcase designs from Ludovic de Saint Sernin, including a custom look worn during the London celebrations. SKIMS is preparing to launch a collaboration with the designer on October 1.

Tems has increasingly become a familiar face at major international fashion and entertainment events, while maintaining her position as one of Nigeria’s most prominent contemporary music exports.
